1. Do you anneal your beads? TOP
Yes, all of my beads are properly annealed, carefully cleaned and inspected for flaws prior to putting them up for purchase. 2. What sizes do your beads come in? TOP
I make beads in various sizes. Sometimes I use bead molds to make uniform sizes, I will list the size in the description. Most of my beads are made on 1/16" mandrels unless they are pendant style which are usually made on 3/32" mandrels. 3. How do I pay for my order? TOP
My site is set up to receive Paypal payments only, but once you connect to Paypal, you may use a credit card or an e-check. If you would like to make your purchase any other way, please contact me first so we can set up payment arrangements. 4. How will my beads be shipped? TOP
First class shipping USPS to the US with delivery confirmation is $2.50. International buyers must contact me for shipping costs prior to purchase. You may add insurance if you would like, but you must contact me first so I can add it to your order. I highly recommend insurance because I cannot be responsible for beads that get lost or that are broken during shipping. I ship orders out within 48 hours of payments unless they are custom orders at which time I will give you an estimated date of shipping. 5. Do you have a return policy? TOP
Yes, my goal is to keep my customers happy. So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me. Orders may be returned to me within 7 days for a full refund, minus shipping cost. |
